Vail Williams is a national property adviser with ten offices based throughout the North, Midlands and South of England. Our team on the South Coast are looking to recruit a Projects Coordinator to support the team based in the Portsmouth office.

**Position**:

- Administrative support for multiple teams using in-house databases
- Ensuring client projects are compliant with Vail Williams, RICS, and government rules and legislation
- First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients
- Proactively aiming to identify new business opportunities
- Supporting the team by researching and contributing to winning new work from prospects
- Providing a high level of administrative support to maximize efficiency and productivity of the team
- Monitoring and updating activity in our internal database
- Producing and updating fee invoices for completed projects
- Adherence to Vail Williams processes and willingness to suggest improvement

**Requirements**:

- A can-do attitude with the ability to manage your own workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of allocated tasks
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Administrative experience with property administrative experience desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach within the team
