The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will assist Project Managers and/or Superintendents in coordinating project activities to meet cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager/Chief Estimator in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Setting up projects in multiple software programs, including Fleet Cost & Care, Sage, and Procore.
  • Providing access to facilities for field staff and subcontractors.
  • Distributing project schedules and ensuring subcontractors have the latest scopes of work.
  • Developing and managing a project submittal log and obtaining designer approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Fleet Cost & Care, Sage, and Procore.
  • A degree in construction management or cost accounting (preferred).
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and similar structures.
