Due to continuing expansion our client, an international engineering company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Graduate to complement their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers and clients at all levels.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients.
- Provide detailed management information reports to clients and the Executive Team as and when required.
- Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments
- Adhere to GDPR legislation with regard to the processing of personal and confidential information.
- Keep accurate records of sales, contacts and deals using the company CRM system.

Experience within Sales and/or Sales Administration role would be beneficial as would excellent IT skills, you will always display exceptional organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to work with the ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. An engineering / mechanical related degree would be an advantage.
