**Administrative Assistant**
**Duties Include**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with the office filing system
- Assist with the administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in bookkeeping/credit control
- Assist in stock control of stock product
- Assist with various projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others, both within the LIFE CHARMS LTD team and outside of the company.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
