**Overview**

Are you an ER professional looking for a new challenge. You will be joining a fast-paced environment and a friendly team, working on ER cases and other exciting projects for the Head of HR.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Managing multiple complex ER cases using and updating the case management system effectively
- Lead complex cases and queries, liaising with HR colleagues and escalating where appropriate
- Collate and analyse information relating to casework, such as investigation notes, reports, and meeting minutes
- Ensure that all ER cases are monitored and actioned within agreed timescales - Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing HR support, advice, and guidance
- Support and coach managers to build a positive ER environment and reduce any potential risks

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years ER experience
- TU experience would be desirable
- CIPD qualification, Level 5 as a minimum
