You will be the first point of contact for all HR related topics, responsible for the HR deliverables to departments, will be the go-to person for the HR function. Effective organisational, communication and diplomacy skills are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a key ambassador for our vision, values, and ethics, working with employees and managers to showcase best practice and make corrections when needed.
- Provide accurate, consistent, and proactive advice, guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Partner with managers or supervisors to conduct investigations, disciplinaries and performance issues as needed.
- Manage all administration elements of the employee life cycle from contracts & offers, sickness & Occupational Health, return to work forms, letters of concerns, probationary reviews, enrolment of benefit programs etc,.
- Work with the HR Director to become the champion of our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system, ensuring the accuracy of the data held and the data entered and identify developments areas to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage all employee communication, recognition schemes, employee activity / event program and charity events.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
- Provide Induction training with new hires.
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process, for all hourly paid roles.

This role will work hand in hand with the HR Director and Learning & Development Manager and will provide support and assistance when needed to each other. Bee Health is a 24/7 operation and although this role has core office hours, there are times when work outside of these hours will be required.

**Person Specification**:

- Good understanding of current UK employment law, best practice, and ACAS guidelines.
- Be system savvy, being able to understand and manage a complex HR systems.
- Two years of experience working in a generalist HR role.
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge organisational culture where necessary.
- FMCG Food Manufacturing environments experience is desirable.
- Ideally trained to CIPD level 5 to 7 (Membership not required)
- Proven experience in managing employee relations (non-unionised)
- It is essential that this person has the skills to nurture and develop a team, give direction, and assess team development needs.
- This role requires someone with good communication skills and who is keen to assist people within the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
