We are seeking passionate and dedicated Youth Mentors to join our specialist school in Manchester. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to making a significant impact on the lives of young people, guiding them through challenges and helping them achieve their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support young people in developing coping mechanisms and resilience.**:

- ** Work closely with students to identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to overcome them.**:

- ** Act as a positive role model, inspiring students to achieve their best.**:

- ** Provide one-to-one and group mentorship sessions focusing on personal development, education, and career guidance.**:

- ** Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students' overall well-being and academic progress.**

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a minimum of 6 weeks' experience working in UK schools or a relevant UK degree.**:

- ** A passion for working with young people and the ability to engage and motivate.**:

- ** Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.**:

- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
