**Background**

Frylite solutions is Ireland’s No.1 Oil and food waste solution provider to the Catering and Food processing industry. In addition to supplying more than 8,000 customers with quality cooking oils, Frylite solutions collect and recycle used cooking oil and food waste as well as providing some new services like a Fryer Management solution to the catering trade. This is a company who has always been committed to the Circular Economy and believes in the importance of recycling oil and food waste and transforming them into valuable Biofuel.

The business is in an ambitious growth period and has undergone a full new strategy development process including developing a fresh new brand identity and external communications plan.

This exciting new role in the business offers the opportunity to be part of the commercial and marketing development of the Frylite solutions business in a positive working culture with committed co-workers.

This is an opportunity in a progressive, sustainability focussed business for a marketing professional with at least 3 years’ experience to make an impact in a commercial marketing role in a business-to-business B2B setting.

The commercial marketing executive for Frylite solutions will work with the Commercial director, marketing lead and with the commercial teams to build growth driving customer communications and campaigns.

With a high degree of autonomy there will be a chance to help drive the Frylite solutions new brand strategy. Building the business sustainability story, communicating with existing customers, new customers, chefs and stakeholders.

This gives an opportunity to showcase digital marketing as well as project management and event management skills

**Responsibilities**
- Activation & roll-out of new Frylite solutions identity - including internal & external graphics and communications materials
- Commercial analysis and support of sales team to build existing and new business propositions
- Attendance of commercial meetings and collaborating with commercial/ sales team
- Analyse current customers to map Used Cooking Oil & Food Waste collection opportunities
- PR and communications campaign roll out in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
- Internal & External branding roll out in 5 Depots
- Agency & supplier management
- Development of creative materials for website, social media and other media within brand guidelines
- Involving key stakeholders at each stage of activation and reporting results once completed
- Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
- Generating reports for digital campaigns using data based analytic tools and presenting this data internally.

**Qualifications & Core capabilities**

Min 3 years working within a commercial marketing role

Ability to work independently and self-start

Digital marketing experience of creating, managing, and measuring digital campaigns

Commercial acumen and commitment to driving business

Organisational skills with an ability to project manage various workstreams simultaneously

Creative thinking required

Stakeholder management of agency, designers, and internal customers

Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
