**Wanted: Technical Support Champion - £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits**

Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you. We need someone who is IT literate and comfortable dealing with all levels of customers, from technically naive to expert, and from shop floor staff to business owners.

**About Us**

We are Rapid Prototyping Systems Limited, a small family-owned business producing world-class software. The software we develop and rent helps professionals sell glazed extensions, sunrooms and conservatories. We have a clear direction, great products and a great team. The business is remote, but we meet up occasionally for discussions, pizza etc.

**What About Me?**

You will have to be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, good technical skills and - above all - a passion for looking after customers. All of our staff are empowered to develop their job roles and make suggestions to improve the business and benefit from a profit-based bonus scheme.

**Am I Qualified?**

We recruit based on a person's ability to do the job, not on their paper qualifications. All necessary training is provided, and your approach is paramount.

Our recruitment process is designed to find the right person for the job, not necessarily the most highly qualified.

**Why Work For Us?**

We offer a starting salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus: 33 days of holiday a year (including bank holidays), and an early finish on a Friday.

Once you've completed a probation period you're eligible to join our employee benefit scheme. We also operate a share option scheme by invitation.

**How To Apply**

Location: The role is mainly working from home however, you may be required to work from other locations occasionally as required by the business.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
