Customer Support Specialist

Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel-en-le-Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an **experienced** Customer Support Specialist based at our Head Office and working alongside our External Operations Team.
Serving as a point of contact with queries about products, orders and deliveries; providing responses to technical and non-technical customer queries. In addition, the job holder will provide overall support to the external operations team, who plan the daily workload nationwide, ensuring a timely and high-quality service to all.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Support
- Return Visit activities
- Customer Feedback
- Planning Support and Appointment Confirmations
- General telephone support
- Customer Service activities
- Daily reporting
- Providing absence cover as required
**Previous experience within a planning or specialist customer service role, proficient at data entry, strong communication skills and confidence with a variety of software packages are all essential attributes for this role**. You must be able to build effective working relationships in a pressurised environment. Your ability to influence along with your persuasive nature will aid your success in this role; with bags of energy and enthusiasm you’ll be a confident go-getter who is passionate about delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service with a great level of confidence.
