Remuneration and Package

Position Summary
Reporting into the Senior Operational Excellence Manager, this role will deliver the Operational Excellence Strategy and Roadmap across all functional areas within Global Supply Chain.

**Job Description**:

Operational Excellence Ways of Working
- Play a leading part in the deployment and embedding of Operational Excellence Ways of Working throughout Global Supply Chain, ensuring the approach is tailored to the suit the functional area in which it is being deployed.
- Monitor adherence to the Operational Excellence Ways of Working, identifying the need for improvements and facilitating change where this is required.
- Share learnings between different functions, promoting benefits of Operational Excellence approaches and encouraging collaboration.
- Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of these Ways of Working, looking externally for inspiration and challenging our internal methodology.
Targeted Improvement
- Provide expert guidance, facilitation, and change management to all Global Supply Chain functions to action the identified improvement opportunities, ensuring that all functions receive benefit, and prioritizing activities according to the Operational Excellence Strategy and Roadmap.
- Develop and implement appropriate training, coaching, and up-skilling initiatives to properly equip all functions to sustainably create and maintain a continuous improvement culture and support the Operational Excellence Ways of Working.
Global Supply Chain Strategy and Culture
- Be an ambassador for the Global Supply Chain Strategy, ensuring all Operational Excellence activities support the strategy.
- Support the facilitation of Global Supply Chain Strategy and Culture sessions, working with the other members of the Strategic Delivery and Engagement Team to promote and embed the strategy and culture throughout all functions.
