As a **Facilities Assistant** at Sodexo in **Kingston Upon Thames****:

- KT2 7PD**, You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence. **What you’ll do**:

- Assisting the conference and events departments with setting up meetings.
- Support the catering department with front of house service and replenishing snack and food areas.
- Assisting the dish washing area
- Assist with deliveries and ensuring all paper work is correct and all items are stored correctly.
- Assist maintenance with small repairs and other related tasks.
- Assist housekeeping department / laundry department
- Ensure offices, meeting rooms and other areas of the building are clean and tidy.
- Delivering a high level of customer service, to include dealing with guests and clients
- Support with waste management.
- Reporting any incidents to include fire, theft and damage following the correct process.
- Attending training courses as per the business needs.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial, however full training will be given
- To be a team player
- You'll bring 5 star customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A focused and flexible approach
