**What’s in it for you**:
We are currently seeking Case Support Co-ordinator's (permanent), to work with our Ferndown based, Adults and Older People team. You will be part of our Service Support Team based at the Ferndown Local Office, providing administrative business support to Adult Social Care practitioners (Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Assessment and Support Co-ordinators). Various hours available.

**What you can expect to be doing**:

- The work entails administrative support for social care practitioners, including but not limited to:

- co-ordination of case referrals,
- arranging appointments and meetings including team meetings and 1:1 sessions
- customer liaison and liaison with commissioned providers
- call handling, dealing with case related queries which do not require assessor intervention i.e. signposting or resolving day to day queries and issues
- dealing with correspondence including word processing and drafting and sending straightforward correspondence
- responsibility for system input and integrity of data on our client record system.

You will also be required to take minutes of Best Interest meetings and Multi Agency Risk Management Meetings held within the Team.

**About you**:
You will have experience of working in an office environment and have excellent organisational and customer service skills.

A flexible attitude and team working are required to support a positive approach and provide a high-quality service.
