SF recruitment have partnered with a leading organisation, who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team.
Based in Droitwich
Mon-Fri: (8.30am-4.30pm)
35 hour per week/ Permanent/ Full time office-based role

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Quotations
- To respond to incoming enquiries on time either directly or following receipt of Survey Notes from surveyors:

- Call customer 20 minutes from enquiry
- 48 working hours for straightforward quotations
- 76 hours for more complex
- Within tender deadlines where specified by client
- Raise to National Sales Manager and Head of Commercial on any upselling/commercial opportunities
- Follow up with all enquiries:

- Immediately (within 20 minutes) after submissions to ensure receipt of quotations
- Within 7 days a follow-up and communication update depending on customer enquiry
- Update tracker
- To raise any issues with quotation delays at once to senior management where specialist products maybe required, or timing delays that will affect quotation deadlines.
- Periodically take on ad hoc projects at the direction of National Sales Manager and Head of Commercial, gathering information with precision and insight
- Work with sales team to reach sales goals
Administration
- To maintain up to date records on the trackers to show management of all Tenders with preference on Live and C2C Tenders. Comments to be updated minimum of every 7 days
- Taking, planning, and organising reservations
- Taking inspection requests
- Support duties of the sales team and provide clerical support where needed
- Archiving all sales documentation when required
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Keeping track of all of sales material
- Tracking sales goals versus actual sales and report any deviations
- Maintain current knowledge of business product offerings
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer enquiries
- Communicate important feedback from customers and agencies internally
Required
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator ideally within door and window sales
- Excellent customer service orientation and exemplary communication skills - both verbally and written; ability to present information in a clear concise manner
- High degree of professionalism and a thorough understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to be able to prioritise and multi-task in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow through skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft package and CRM
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as with great deal of autonomy in a startup environment - strong work ethnic
- Agility in problem solving and an ability to anticipate and address big-picture issues
