**Overview**

We are seeking a results-driven Resource Manager to join the BI: PROCSI team. As Head of HR & Talent Acquisition, you will ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills to be able to deliver groundbreaking projects globally. You will also ensure we are developing and retaining talent and be driving the internal Talent Management Strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Headhunt and directly source specialist skills across operations and delivery (technology & data)
- Owning the whole talent lifecycle
- recruit, retain & development of our talent
- Lead all in house Human Resources efforts, contractual obligations and staff requirements
- Drive employer branding to raise our brand awareness

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in sourcing specialist, scarce roles
- Experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally with CIPD
- Strong knowledge of contracts, excellent written communication
- Comfortable being the primary point of contact for all internal HR related queries
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate and wanting to take ownership
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management
- Excellent influence, negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of the challenges businesses have faced and how resourcing strategy supports this
- Demonstrable analytical and cross-referencing skills
- High drive to move processes along, resolve issues, answer questions and ultimately ensure results
- Passionate about hiring top tier talent and talking about a business in depth.

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
