North Yorkshire County Council have a national reputation for excellence and we are looking for a motivated Business Support Officer with excellent communication and customer care skills. The successful applicant will be a well-organised and flexible individual who has excellent ICT skills along with good literacy, numeracy and note taking ability.

You must be able to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are achieved and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as effectively working as part of a team. There is a financial aspect to the role so previous cash handling experience would be beneficial but not essential

The day-to-day core focus is providing support to Early Help frontline services and you will be required to have experience of using Microsoft packages. This role will also include producing high quality minutes in a timely manner as and when required, you may be expected to support meetings at other locations.

You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
