Here at ALX Automotive, we are looking for an dynamic and enthusiastic individual to to undertake the role of receptionist and customer host for our growing automotive division of our market leading group. You will have the opportunity to be part of a team in a fresh new dealership selling multi brand vehicles including, Land Rover, Mercedes, Audi, BMW to the local area and across the UK.

Duties will include - Taking all incoming calls into the business and distributing to the relative department and individuals, Providing a warm and friendly yet professional welcome to all visiting clients ensuring they are offered refreshments and left in a comfortable atmosphere ready for the relevant individual, Managing post and deliveries both incoming and outgoing for the business, Assisting both the sales and aftersales department with administration duties, Assisting the accounts department with acquiring invoices from suppliers.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing, able to work in a small dedicated team but also be able to both think and work individually, have experience with Microsoft word and excel, basic computer skills and a great telephone manner.

Hours of work required will be Saturday 9am - 5pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
