**Reporting to**: Finance Processing Manager

**About the job**: To ensure that all Daily Reconciliations and Audits are completed and any issues raised. Credit Control to be undertaken. Assist the Finance Processing Manager with ad hoc analysis.**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**:

- Investigate Billing Issues and resolve accordingly.
- Complete daily audits as and when required.
- Reconcile payments and receipts for overseas recovery service (Preferential)
- Manage Corporate Card Expenses process ensuring all expenses have been
submitted by employees monthly, and matched against monthly payment to
- Corporate Card Company, ensuring control account reconciles.
- Credit Control across several products
- Create all customer invoices using SAP accounting system
- Create customer invoices in MS word using invoice number from SAP generated invoices
- Banking of Sundry cheques
- Complete all month end activities in accordance with month end deadlines
- Complete daily reconciliation of credit card money received for all products except Sites
- Complete ADDACS, ARUDDS & AUDDIS processing
- Cashier tasks
- Regularly review Aged debt report and resolve any apparent issues, including 3rd party debt
- Resolve ad hoc queries raised and credit memo requests as appropriate
- Any Ad-hoc tasks as directed from Finance Processing Manager

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- Proven track record of managing large volumes of transactions in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to liaise with all levels of management
- Experience of SAP finance system and Microsoft office suite and G Suite
- Design and implement plans for own areas of responsibility
