Research & Policy Project Manager

We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Central Cambridge who are looking for a Research & Policy Project Manager to join their team, on a full time, permanent basis, although other working hours will be considered.

Main duties will include:

- Design, develop and deliver projects and programmes
- Conduct research for ongoing projects
- External stakeholder management
- Assist with bid writing
- Work closely with freelance researchers
- Monitor and report on the progress of programmes through data analysis
- Attending training events and meetings when required to provide on-site support
- Excellent project management skills
- Quantitative and qualitative research skills and experience
- Ideally experience working within higher education
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Power Point
- Confident in using Zoom/ Teams and other video conferencing platforms
- Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when needed
