We also have a Bistro and whisky bar which is very busy with guests and locals.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Head Housekeeper to join our team. As our Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hospitality or hotel experience to showcase their skills and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests. We also like to maintain a happy workplace with a good can do attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising the day to day running of the Housekeeping department
- Maintaining stock levels for the Cleaning supplies and Linen.
- Training new staff and Checking rooms for arrivals.
- Organising the Cleaning and tidying in all assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Training staff to change linens and make beds to a high standard and maintaining these standards day to day.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to Reception
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
