**Field Sales Representative**:
**Who we are**
- NWTT is a leading regional timber and construction supplier, employing approximately 90 and operating since 1990.
- There are 7 retail depots in the group, covering an array of manufacturing capabilities in timber treatment, sawmilling, fence panel production and joinery.
- The company is recording double digit growth and wants to continue this by enhancing the online presence to the public and commercial customers.
**Key responsibilities**
- You will secure new accounts through a variety of methods, whilst focusing on achieving and surpassing KPI’s.
- Build and maintain lasting meaningful relationships with current and potential new accounts.
- Work collaboratively with branch managers to ensure that accounts across each of the branches continues to trend upwards.
- Collaborate with the Business Developers and Designers to convert sales, ensuring that a higher sale per account and more frequent trading is achieved from the account base
- Organise working time in accordance with business needs, effectively communicating with Sales Director.
- Provide live feedback for all new requests to the Sales Director.
- Communicate and manage all required administration as required.
- Ensure new account customers are up to date with any business changes as we experience growth.

We are wanting to see someone that maintains their relationships and stakeholders’ management, you will be using strategic and planned account management methodology, to ensure that every sales opportunity across all product categories are optimised.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- To be competent in MS Office
- Use of a CRM system

- Previous experience in the sector or sales role beneficial - not essential as training will be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
