As you will be working at the Principality Stadium and our purpose is to provide a venue for events, you will be required to work additional hours to support the events, which may include weekends.

**The Person**
- Extensive experience within building works and equipment maintenance procedures.
- PASMA, IPAF, Fork Lift trained are desirable.
- Management experience.
- IT skills, specifically Microsoft package
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance.

**The Role**
- Oversee the day to day operations of the maintenance team.
- Supervising the maintenance team
- Working as a part of the maintenance team.
- Ensuring that the planned maintenance schedule is followed and all tasks are completed.
- Conducting site inspections and identifying area that require remedial works.
- Providing event support.
- Liaising with contractors on site
- Controlling stock levels.
- Ensuring team Health and Safety compliance.
- Working with the cleaning supervisor to ensure that a joined up approach to tasks is undertaken.
- Liaising with the Building Services Manager to ensure that technical support is provided where required.
- Liaising with the Head of Facilities and Safety.
- Raise purchase orders for consumables.
- Carry out duties in support of the WRU Group Strategic Mission, Purpose and Values.

**THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS ROLE IS MIDNIGHT ON THURSDAY 27TH JUNE.**
