Trainee Pricing Support

Working for the pricing team you will be a key part of the brokerage business, supporting our customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing accurate and cost reflective energy prices to the energy consultants in a professional analysis format to present to their clients, for them to renew their contracts. Liaising with clients and colleagues and negotiating prices with suppliers daily. Ensuring signed contracts are sent to suppliers in a timely manner and ensuring all prices are locked in before the market closes.

The Role:

- Liaising with suppliers to obtain contract offers
- Collating contract offers & inputting into CRM for comparison/analysis
- Create a pricing pack for the sales team to present to potential and existing clients
- Ensure signed contracts are submitted to suppliers within a timely manner
- Keeping internal CRM system updated with any notes/actions
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Maintain internal relationships across all levels of the business
- Keep up to speed with market & industry knowledge & provide market commentary to the business
- Other administration tasks
- Report into the Pricing Team Manager

N.B. This is a Hybrid role; Office days are Mon - Weds.
