An exciting opportunity to join us as a Finance Administrator working as part of the Operational Finance team on a 10-month fixed term contract.
Ensuring the delivery of business-critical processes, MI & projects for the Lifestyle & Specialist Division's and central finance teams, you will be required to support the overall objectives of the Lifestyle & Specialist divisions to ensure effective delivery of all finance tasks and services.
**Key Role Accountabilities**:
- The below is an overview of require tasks and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities._
- Support the central finance teams with the resolution of unallocated cash and aged debt.
- Support the Operational Finance Leader by performing root cause analysis of any issues when identified and provide feedback to key stakeholders of findings.
- Identify and raise awareness of potential risks and exposures.
- Support the central finance function with the production of monthly premium Bordereaux’s in line with insurer requirements
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when required
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, brokers & Insurers
- Production and distribution of internal and external statement of accounts.
- Management of client refunds ensuring all are processed within our SLA's.
- Own aged debt process from start to finish including root cause analysis, customer contact, cancellations & write offs

- High standard of numeracy & accuracy, with a keen eye for detail
- A confident and professional team player
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Ability to recognise risks to our business and confidence to escalate upwards
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent administration skills and attention detail
- Experience working within financial services desirable
