This role is to assist in the management of all internationally mobile employees supported by Global Mobility by providing assistance to the business and individuals and also partnering with external service providers to deliver a seamless end to end service of all aspects of the relevant move.

On a daily basis you will provide support on Permanent International Transfers, initiate new cases and support the Senior Global Mobility Advisor on more complex moves and escalations. You will also help to manage vendors to ensure service delivery expectations are consistently met and work with external service providers to proactively the international move pipeline.

This is a dynamic, fast paced role working with individuals globally. Whilst previous experience within Global Mobility is preferred, it is not essential as training can be provided. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in international mobility and a basic understanding or appreciation of the different aspects.

Work with us and we’ll welcome you into an inclusive culture, one that invests in your continuous learning and development, and gives you access to a wide breadth and depth of experience.

We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and remarkable benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

**What you will be doing**:
Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Collaborate with SME’s in the wider Global Mobility team.
- Develop strong working relationships with international assignees, the business and external suppliers.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement.
- Monitor and manage shared mailboxes and respond to routine queries / escalations from individuals and the business.
- Review and approve expense claims to ensure they are within policy.
- Review and approve invoices from external suppliers.

**Who we’re looking for**:
At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do. These principles form our values and behaviours and are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.
- **Problem solver**
- Typically each scenario and move that the Global Mobility team manage is unique therefore it is often necessarily to problem solve ‘on the go’ to overcome any challenges that we encounter to be able to deliver whilst also working within agreed parameters and budgets.
- **Cultural awareness**
- You are likely to be working with individuals from different cultures, therefore should have an awareness of cultural differences and how these can be effectively managed in a workplace setting.
- **Experience of Microsoft office, HR related systems or other database related systems**
- **Strong Communication Skills**
- Working with people from all over the world, especially where English is a second language, it is critical to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure that key information is clearly communicated.
- **Strong personal organisation skills and ability to work under own initiative**
- The role will be very fast paced with the individual being required to prioritise their own workload accordingly to meet individual and business deadlines and managing expectations of all relevant parties.
- **Team Player**
- Whilst each member of the team has a clearly defined role, it is often required to support other team members with knowledge sharing to address a specific deadline or project. Additionally, there are opportunities for all team members to broaden their global mobility knowledge through supporting, buddying and shadowing the wider team.

We are an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to developing a diverse team and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives. And the more perspectives we have, the more successful we’ll be. By building a culture of respect and appreciation, we give everyone who works here the opportunity to realise their full potential.
