**Quality Control Advisor**

Our client, a leading provider of Air, Steam & Safety Products, based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire are currently seeking a Quality Control Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

**Do you have?**
- Previous experience of goods in/goods out environment?
- An in-date Forklift license?
- Recognised Banksman / Slinging certificate?

**If so this could be the role for you**

As the Quality Control Advisor, you will ensure that all servicing, maintenance, repairs and rebuilding of equipment owned or managed by the Company is carried out in a safe, efficient and economical manner in full accordance with Company procedures.

**Quality Control Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance of QC records.
- Assist with forklift and mobile crane operations in yard.
- Assist in loading/offloading of equipment.
- Inspection and evaluation of returning and outgoing equipment and report issues.
- Assist with the maintenance of QC records.
- Updating ERP system with on/off hire dates
- PDI of all outgoing equipment.
- To ensure compliance with defined health and safety policies/procedures and identify any areas for improvement.
- To ensure compliance with defined environmental policies and procedures and identify any areas for improvement.
- To ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in accordance with Company health and safety policies.
- To ensure all company documentation is reviewed and accurate prior to equipment mobilising.
- Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Checks equipment requirements against paperwork, conducting visual and measurement tests when required.
- Ensure yard area is kept clean and tidy at all time
- To always, maintain a clean and safe working area.
- To ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in accordance with Company health and safety policies.
- Ensure yard area is kept clean and tidy at all time.
- Any other reasonably delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.
