**Somerset White (a lifestyle management company), **is looking for a new member to join their team in **London**. You will be helping our clients with their weekend requests,

**Successful** applicants will be **eager, proactive, and keen to learn.** And they must have **excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**We are looking for someone who can work 1 - 2 weekends a month and ideally who is open to working some of the long Bank Holiday weekends too.**

**The Role**

The role of the Weekend Assistant is monitor any and all client requests that come in over the weekend and provide timely responses to these. The volume of weekend work is unpredictable, sometimes there will be none or very few requests (i.e. 1-2hrs work) and other weekends an entire day.

A typical weekend will vary hugely but work may include:

- Carrying out errands such as shopping, purchasing gifts and delivering flowers
- Sourcing tickets for sold out events
- Making or amending restaurant reservations
- Making or amending appointments
- Assisting with travel for clients; checking a client into a flight, reconfirming a transfer, updating a hotel etc
- Liaising with tradesmen
- Assisting with an event or dinner for a client
- Working on company proactive documents

**Expectations for the role**:

- To be available for a 30 minute hand over via phone or in person on Friday from the team
- Respond to a request within 20 minutes
- Action requests as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Record all requests in the database
- To work on the company’s proactive documents and /or any ongoing work for 5hrs per day (unless there is client work)
- Call your Somerset White team ‘guide’ if you encounter any problems
- To be in London and somewhere with good Wi-Fi at all times
- To be available to errand run in London if needed
- To send a handover on Sunday evening back to the team

**Salary**:Flat rate of £250 per weekend, plus additional £20 an hour for all billed client work, ie client requests that come in
