To maintain and manage the pipeline of BTL charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued and to provide administrative support to the underwriters across our mortgage lending division.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Engage with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to obtain information to progress cases to completion.
- Return any original documents to the client
- Proactively managing the newly offered cases, setting up the Completions checklist.
- Making Introduction calls to out Intermediaries establishing completion deadlines, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and manage upcoming expiration of documents and offers.
- Update all relevant systems to maintain management information.
- Ensure that all mortgage conditions are satisfied prior to cases completing.
- Work closely with the Completions team to effectively manage the post offer caseload.
- Instructing Solicitors to act on behalf of West One in the transaction.
- Conducting and supporting Admin duties as required
- As experience increases, the trainee completion’s cases will need to be QA checked by another member of the team.
- Managing the BTL calls for Underwriting and Completions

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- Experience within the secured lending sector (Preferable)
- GCSE English & Maths
- A good understanding of the Mortgage process
- Previous experience of managing a caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Industry relevant qualifications are beneficial but not a requirement.
- Experience within an administrative role.
