All patients will have their VA, IOP, biometry, Optos, OCT, dilate and nurse medical history completed before seeing the doctor

Payment mode will be either PAYE OR _**UMBRELLA**_

You must have the right to work in the UK to undertake this locum position.

Current DBS, preferably on the DBS update service

Two reference covering past three years (at least one from the current employer)
- Full GMC licence to practice - With entry on Specialist Register
- Minimum of 6 months experience in NHS Trust within the last 2 years
- FRCOphth/MRCP or qualification of an equivalent level
- Demonstrate understanding of basic principles of audit, evidence-based practice and clinical quality improvement initiatives
