Due to an internal promotion our finance team is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant.

The Accounts Assistant is responsible for the preparation of accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury information entered to maintain company accounting records, dealing with a number of Nucleus companies based across the UK and Europe.
**Core duties.**jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Responsible for ledger entries for a designated number of companies. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Processing ofaccounts payable, treasury and petty cash transactions. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Overseeing company bank accounts, bank reconciliation and cashflow forecasting. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Approvingemployee expenses and dealing with petty cash and foreign currency requests and reporting. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true"> jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">**Education, workexperience and skills**. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Previous experience working within a Finance department, or a recent graduate with a finance related degree. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">StrongIT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and accounting software. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Abilityto work on own initiative with a pro-active approach to work. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">A strong team player with a collaborative approach to work. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Excellentrelationship building skills with employees at all levels. jobs-description-content_text--stretch" data-artdeco-is-focused="true">Experience of managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.
