**About The Role**:
Cambridge Design Partnership is a leading technology and product design consultancy, managing and delivering global project work for innovative consumer and healthcare companies. A unique, dynamic and innovative consultancy based in Cambridge you’ll work alongside our cross-disciplinary user centred design team. In this client facing role, you, as our usability expert, will be comfortable to interact with clients and deliver your research insights and analysis. As a critical part of our service in supporting the creation of early stage concepts, you will identify and implement appropriate user research techniques including the method of ethnographic research.

This role will be highly hands-on in our Cambridge office, which houses our purpose-built user research facility and there may also be an opportunity for international travel to a variety of client sites. **About You**:
- Good degree in Product Design, Engineering, Human Factors, Psychology or Social Sciences related field- Commercial awareness and willingness and ability to travel nationwide and overseas (essential)-
- Knowledge of User-Centred Design principles and a creative mind-
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to present your ideas to client and internal stakeholders in a compelling manner-
- Experience of mapping information flows, behaviour analysis, journey and user mapping-
- Design and planning of workshops for new and exciting products-
- Knowledge and experience in lo-fidelity prototyping, such as foam modelling, paper models etc-
- Demonstrative experience of translating research into usability engineering documentation-
- A good knowledge of user needs identification and requirements capture of user insights.-
- Preferably knowledge of UI evaluation and design, both physical and digital-
- Preferably knowledge of designing, implementing, moderating and reporting formative and summative usability studies
