Our company is seeking a skilled Human Factors Design Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. This role will be critical in ensuring the development of new medical devices meets the highest standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62366.

We expect applicants to have experience working in the medical devices sector, possibly through industry roles or PhD/Post Doc positions. A degree in human factors, industrial design, product design, or a related field with specialization in human factors is also essential.
