Page Personnel is pleased to be supporting a returning customer with their recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on a 3-6 month temporary role to cover long term sickness. The role is based out of the Poole office, has freeparking and flexible working hours. The role reports into the Finance Manager. This role can be either full-time or part-time.

**Client Details**

Our client is a reputable, national organisation working within the not for profit sector. Their values are at the heart of everything they do. Their recently refurbished offices boast excellent views of the English Channel, easy commutable links (includingpublic transport links).

**Description**

As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Data entry of invoices
- Checking the invoices against the POs
- Inputting bank details
- Checking all bank details are entered correctly and accurately

**Profile**

In order to be considered for the Finance Administrator position, you must:

- Be immediately available or on very short notice
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong computer skills
- Have good customer service/people skills
- Be able to multi-task
