A new business role supplying bottled water coolers, filtration and office coffee solutions to a range of businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C). As a telephone sales executive you will sell our equipment and products by calling prospective clients, both inbound and outbound. Working as part of a team you will speak with clients, persuading them to either rent/purchase a product, trial a service or accept a visit from another member of the field-based sales team.

**Purpose**

This role will act as a point of contact for our customers, to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. CAE will always strive to find the products and agreements which best fit the individual needs of the customer and embrace the mantra, 'Customer For Life'. The role will drive business growth through defined contact strategies, reduce churn, improve product distribution and consumption and pro-actively drive agreement renewals.

**Main Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Proactive calling into customer segments to understand their needs and explain product/equipment value, to grow product consumption and reduce customer churn.
- Build relationships with customers based on trust and respect, encourage trial and on-going purchase of a broader range of supplies.
- Identify potential new installations and progress opportunity to sale.
- Actively renew agreements where customers are out of contract.
- Interact with sales agents where appropriate to facilitate a quick, seamless outcome for customers to receive the service they require.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
- Monitor activity to deliver minimum levels in-line with agreed metrics and report agreed management information at agreed intervals.
- Share best practice and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services by working closely with our suppliers, sales team and management

- Able to demonstrate sound commercial knowledge and a good overall understanding of the business.
- Strong written skills with an ability to deliver an accurate and concise message.
- Able to forge meaningful relationships across all departments
- Empathetic and able to see things from different points of view.
- Excellent time-keeping.
- Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer.
