Anderson Knight are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our client’s team in North Lanarkshire. This is an 18-month contract role within a well-established manufacturing business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to employees and managers across all HR functions.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Support employee relations by handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Coordinate and deliver HR training programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Note: This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months_

Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
