HR Advisor

**HR Advisor - 18 month FTC - Glasgow - £25k-£30k**

**Purpose of the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support, guidance and advice to managers on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries and absence management
- Supporting the wider HR team in delivering an effective service to the full business. Covering areas including; Recruitment, Absence, Employee Engagement, HR Reporting, HR policy developmentation
- Supporting the Business Partners with the design and delivery of OD & Change Management
- Delivery on key projects
- Contribute to employee engagement strategy
- Provide support and coaching to management, assisting them with talent & succession planning within their individual functions

**Preferred Qualifications**
- CIPD qualified
- HR or Business qualification
- Minimum 3 years in an HR Generalist role
- Experience in working in an FMCG-style environment

**Personal Profile**
- Extensive knowledge of HR
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in dealing with Employee Relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to build strong relationships

**18 Month FTC - 34 hours per week - Hybrid working - Occasional travel**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
