Pay Rate: £12p/h, raising to £13p/h

Contract: Temp to Perm

gap-personnel are currently recruiting for temp to perm Production and Machine Operatives for one of the multinational companies in Stonehouse. They are leading distributor for food manufactures around the globe, and recently moved to the area GL10.

As a Production and Machine Operative you would need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working within production area, and have good understanding of English. Machine operating knowledge is also required for this role.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

- Check products on the production line for the quality and weight
- Packing products into boxes / containers
- End of line packing / preparing products for palletising
- Feeding raw materials into the machines and operating them during manufacturing
- Informing supervisors of faulty machinery and any damages or other production issues
- Making sure that Food Safety and Food Quality is adhered all the times, as well as customer requirements outages, and be able to identify and understand their requirements
- Any other ADHOC tasks required by leadership

Working shifts and hours
- Monday - Thursday rotational shift 6am - 4pm, 2pm - midnight ( until mid of June )
- From mid of June Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm, 6pm - 6am ( rotational ), early finish on Thursday night at midnight
- No weekend working
