Overview:
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing help and support with day-to-day tasks in the offices and workplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting all aspects of the Finance and Admin department
- General administration duties to support the running of the office
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
- Compiling reports
- Organisation of Company lunches
- Reception duties
- Processing expenses - Web/Manual
- Company car process
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
