What will I be doing?

We are looking for an Apprentice Coordinator to support Production Management and the Talent Development team with various projects, and to assist in the delivery of apprenticeships and training within the production perimeter.

In this exciting, varied, and fast-paced role, you will play a key part in helping to develop and enhance the apprentice program within production.
- Support the development of production apprenticeship curriculum and syllabus, and be the key point of contact for the apprentices.
- Work with apprentices, their mentors and line managers to ensure learning is completed in line with the apprenticeships scheme of work.
- Communications programme progression to learners and other stakeholders
- Co-ordinating programme training, placement and support assessment with apprenticeship provider
- Ensure successful achievement of apprentices endpoint assessments
- Take ownership for allocated tasks and projects
- Effective administration to support an annual calendar of training, induction and career development
- Support the recruitment and induction of new apprentices
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the department and your team.

**Job requirements**:
What do you need from me?
Whether you're highly experienced or looking to kick-start your career, as long as you have previous experience of Apprenticeship programs and working with Apprentices, we would love to hear from you if you have a passion for Learning & Development.
You will have previous administration experience with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
You'll also be highly organised and have good attention to detail, allowing you to carry out routine methodical tasks accurately to a high standard.
