**LOCATION**:Exeter

**HOURLY RATE**:Starting at £10.42 per hour

**HOURS**:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am till 12:30pm)

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Booking vehicles into the workshop for repairs, servicing and MOT's
- Liaising with the workshop to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time, updating customers if there are any delays
- Arranging courtesy cars or lifts for customers
- Updating customers whilst their vehicle is in the workshop and advising on any repairs or maintenance that needs carrying out
- Communicating with the workshop manager once you have spoken with the customer and gained approval for additional work to be carried out
- Going through invoices in depth with the customer and taking payments
- Sell service plans and extended warranties

**KEY SKILLS**:

- High level of customer service skills with the willingness to always go the extra mile
- Strong communication and IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise workload
- Self-motivated and a great team player
