**Job Title - Mortgage Administrators**

Location - Remote Working/Glasgow City Centre Office

Contract - 6-month contract - look to extend after that.

Salary - £10.98 per hour

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Using Multiple In-House systems
- Processing Sensitive Client & Customer information.
- Providing a range of processing and administrative activities, to provide our client's customers with the best service possible.
- Speaking with customers, brokers & clients via telephone for updates on their mortgage case.
- Be a strong advocate for our client’s brand & our products as well as a solid understanding of our processes and procedures.
- Responsible for carrying out work to ensure that the clients records are accurate
- Identify the key information for each account and record this accurately

**What you will need to have**:

- Excellent range of PC skills including Excel with both speed and accuracy
- Confident on the phone speaking with internal clients
- Ability to work at part of a team as well as on your own initiative
- Previous administration experience is necessary
- Excellent Numeracy Skills
- Background knowledge in Mortgages is desirable but not essential.
