**About the Role**:
As a live-in Personal Assistant, you will have the rewarding responsibility of providing essential care and support to our visually impaired Executive Director. This dynamic role involves managing daily tasks, coordinating social and business engagements, and assisting with travel logistics for extensive international trips to global business meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering live-in personal assistance and care to the visually impaired Director.
- Efficiently managing and executing daily task lists.
- Coordinating social and business engagements.
- Handling travel logistics, including check-ins, transportation arrangements, and airport assistance.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks when necessary.
- Managing deliveries and returns of diverse purchases.
- Conducting research, making bookings, and arranging visits.
- Accompanying the Director to various establishments.
- Maintaining detailed records of meetings and discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Possession of a valid passport.
- A valid driving license.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to receive instructions through various forms of communication.

- The position is based in London, with the requirement for extensive international travel.
