We are actively seeking a dedicated and highly professional full-time live-in Personal Assistant to join our team. This unique role involves providing personal assistance and necessary care to our visually impaired Executive Director of a leading international company, with business interests spanning from real estate to manufacturing.

The position is based in London and it's a live-in role that will require significant and extensive international travel, as you will be accompanying the Director to global business meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing live-in personal assistance and necessary care to the Director
- Managing and executing the daily task list
- Coordinating social and business engagements
- Assisting with packing and travel logistics, including handling check-ins, arranging transportation to and from airports, and guiding through security checkpoints
- Performing light housekeeping tasks as necessary
- Handling deliveries and returns of diverse purchases
- Conducting research, both online and via phone calls, managing bookings, and arranging visits
- Accompanying the Director to various establishments such as restaurants and shops
- Keeping detailed records of meetings and discussions

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English
- Possession of a valid passport
- A valid driving license
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive disposition
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
- Willingness to receive instructions in various forms, such as in-person, text, or phone calls
- An enthusiastic, energetic personality with a proactive approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
