- **Recruitment but without the sales**_Our South Coast office is currently on the lookout for a talented, dedicated 180 Recruitment Consultant that thrives within a rapidly expanding and busy office.

You will be deadline and target oriented, and pride yourself on a consistently high standard of work with an excellent eye for detail and quality. You will be a driven, ambitious person who thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.... **A great sense of humour would be a huge advantage**

You will be a confident multi-tasker with excellent time management skills, and an ability to quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities as they arise.
**The role involves**:

- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
- Build a strong working relationship with current clients
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
