We are looking for a like-minded individual that is hardworking and passionate. This role will involve working both in a team and independently, communicating with high end clientele post sale regarding their project and payment timeline, including aftercare support and liaising with the production and logistics team.

Training on the product and aftercare will be provided but core skills such as a good telephone manner and computer skills such as outlook, excel and word are expected.

The role involves:
To assist in managing all live client projects from post planning permission through to completion and archiving the client file.
- Answering incoming calls into Contracts Department.
- Liaising with clients to book a delivery date (on receipt of their 40% payment).
- Liaising with Contracts Managers around project inspections.
- Ensuring further stage payments are received on time and issuing reminders in a timely manner where necessary.
- Keeping the database up to date with client information and interactions.
- Liaising with suppliers such as roofers, glass, clients’ builders, building regulations and structural engineers.
- Issuing Warranties and archiving files.
- Raising and scheduling aftercare works.
- Collating Site Inspection and Fitter sign off sheets.
- Updating the drawing register and reflecting the information on the database.
- Booking accommodation for any fitting teams where necessary.
- Ordering supplies as and when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

The role is Monday - Friday 40 hours per week circa 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch

(hours and lunch can be negotiated within reason)

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience
