H&M Distribution & International is a leading provider in the pallet haulage industry formed in January 2007, offering transport and warehousing services out of our Warrington facility in the Northwest of England. Our company is rapidly developing and employover 160 employees across 3 depots within the UK.

**The Role - Customer Services Administrator**:
- Responsible for the administrative support to the customer services team
- Working as part of an effective customer services team to maintain high customer satisfaction and promote excellent business relations
- Maintaining accurate information and internal CRM databases
- Providing bespoke solutions for customer matters that fall outside of standard practices
- Liaising with other Palletways depots to ensure quality of service is maintained
- Maintaining awareness and understanding of all operational policies and procedures
- Maintaining knowledge of the Quality Management systems (ISO9001) to understand the role the customer service team perform in ensuring compliance with the standard
- Escalating any customer communications that go beyond customer issue resolution
- Responsible for the timely management of the inbound and outbound ADR process, maintaining a balance between commercial benefits and positive relationships with other Palletways depots
- Report any imbalances to the line manager on ADR’s raised on the portal system
- Responsible for managing the AM discrepancy process to gain revenue for miss transmitted pallet sizing by sending members
- Capturing customer feedback
**Person Specification - Customer Services Administrator**:
- 1+ years working in transportation management or logistics
- Solid knowledge of transport industry regulations
- Personable, approachable with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a clerical / administrative role
- PC literate, proficient in Microsoft apps
- A passion for customer service
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demand effectively
- Ability to influence and instill confidence at all levels
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Flexible approach to working hours
