Senior Recovery Practitioner

You will provide clinical leadership across the service supporting the staff team to work with this challenging client group and to ensure that the service is always delivering the best possible, evidence based care. The role will involve taking lead responsibility for specific treatment pathways within the service and for leading on service improvement initiatives agreed with the Management and Leadership Group.
Working as a Senior Recovery Practitioner at Kingston Wellbeing Service you will have responsibility for managing all clients on your caseload and for supporting quality improvement and safe practice across the service.
The post holder will, using a range of generic and profession specific tools, be responsible for providing individual service user assessment and identifying, delivering and evaluating care interventions. This will include providing direct care to a caseload of complex service users.

The post holder will have a designated case load of service users, delegated by the Clinical Leads or designated supervisor. They may also take on a care coordination role for a specific group of service users.
