James Ray Recruitment are working with GW Power, a leading M&E company based in East Yorkshire who are looking to appoint multiple Electrical supervisor. Due to significant growth, the company will now be opening a new site based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. GW power is a well-established and forward-thinking multi discipline contractor. Our core competencies encompass M&E Building Services, building decarbonisation, and the installation of renewables.

**Job role**
- Liaise direct with clients & main contractors
- Manage H&S & deliver toolbox talks
- Manage subcontractors & oversee their work
- Follow & read programmes & timescales
- Ensure operatives work to programmes & targets
- Order material
- Quality check operative’s work
- Carry out site audits
- Assist with variations to contracts

**Essential Requirements**
- Full UK driving license.
- Fully qualified Electrician with ECS card
- Site supervisory exp of 3yrs min preferred
- Able to work within a team or independently.
- Have a can-do, positive attitude.
- Be flexible and adaptable to a wide variety of work

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience managing numerous Electrical staff on sites
- Good communicator with excellent organisation skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
- SSSTS not essential but an advantage (training opportunity for the right person)
