**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a **After Sales Administrator** working for a business based in Shepshed. The role will be to provide effective Technical support to a network of distributors, staff and end users.
This is a permanent full time position, office based
**THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Be the main point for technical advice for all stakeholders
Work with the wider customer services team to deliver technical advice and solutions
Progress and chase all warranty queries whilst keeping the customer informed throughout
Ensure all administration is completed to a high level
Use our internal database systems and technology to deliver great and accurate customer service
Ad hoc projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager
Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required
Ensure the Company position is robustly explained to customers
Implement the Company returns and warranty processes
Identify and highlight opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience
Strive to achieve outcomes that are mutually understood by the Company and the Customer
**EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**:
After sales experience
Strong customer service skills
Strong administration skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
High degree of attention to detail
Good IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Windows
Enthusiasm & an excellent team player
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively
Skilled at managing difficult messages to customers and dealing with customer responses
