We are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly, busy recruitment team.
This role is a good introduction to HR and could possibly lead you to other opportunities in the future.
Here at Sherwood Forest we are embracing new approaches to recruitment and would love you to be involved in our future development.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for effectively managing various parts of the recruitment process. This includes using the recruitment system Trac to send jobs to managers for shortlisting, setting up interviews, and conducting ID checks. You will also be required to process termination forms, change forms, and input new starters onto the payroll system known as ESR.
